Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and training.
• Serve as main customer contact before go-live, including weekly check-ins.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
• Act as liaison among customers, wholesalers and internal teams to configure the software.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans, tickets, and docs for leadership visibility.
• Travel to customer sites to rollout KitCheck hardware and software and meet stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of professional work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of project management and/or client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Excel and SQL skills a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the US for up to 75%.
