Manage all aspects of the ControlCheck & PrivacyPro implementation projects; incl. kickoff, software configuration, go-live and training while maintaining timelines.
Act as main point of contact for customers before go-live; lead weekly check-ins via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etc.
Manage multiple implementation projects with various priorities and deadlines for different customers.
Work as a consultative partner to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on workflows.
Coordinate between customer IT, Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams to facilitate software configuration.
Maintain up-to-date project plans, tickets and docs to ensure timelines are visible to leadership.
