Review and interpret client documentation of payable activities (contracts, budgets, amendments).
Identify quality risk and pursue best client/site/patient experience.
Apply best practices to extract and configure client data from source documents.
Collaborate with business partners to verify interpretation of payable activities.
Adhere to auditing and monitoring checklists and internal KPIs and SLAs.
Participate in internal/external calls to resolve study implementation issues.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years in pharmaceutical or CRO with contract management experience preferred.
Ability to dissect clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities.
Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent writing skills.
Quality and risk mitigation mindset for best client/site/patient experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
