Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead Care Pro onboarding and training sessions.
• Manage Client transitions and care planning.
• Own risk evaluation and resolution across both cohorts.
• Ensure compliance and documentation for regulatory needs.
• Travel to franchise locations 30-40% of the time; some weekends.
• Remote role when not traveling; standard hours 9:00–17:30 CT.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 2+ years in onboarding, training, or compliance roles.
• 3-5 years in healthcare, home care, franchising, or operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/federal compliance and risk management.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams; travel.
