Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation projects for small–mid accounts; track milestones.
• Lead kickoff, configuration, and training sessions using playbooks.
• Guide customers on Karbon best practices for workflows.
• Coach teams through change management; reinforce adoption.
• Ensure data integrity; import contacts and work items with Excel.
• Use AI in day-to-day work, incl. ChatGPT licenses and AI automations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in B2B SaaS implementations.
• End-to-end technical implementations experience.
• Manage multiple customer projects with clear priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate tech to guidance.
• Adaptable and resilient in evolving environments.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity during migrations.
