Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Appspace Intranet and Internal Communications implementations for new customers.
• Migrate customers from SharePoint and Igloo to Appspace.
• Support Workplace Management deployments (space reservation, digital signage, etc.).
• 80% Intranet/Internal Communications, 20% Workplace Management focus.
• Manage timelines and communicate with customers throughout engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with intranet/internal comm platforms (Appspace, SharePoint, Igloo).
• Familiarity with workplace management solutions (space booking, signage, wayfinding).
• Experience migrating content, structure, and permissions between platforms.
• Basic literacy in C#, cloud services, or NoSQL/document DBs.
• Strong attention to QA validation and delivery quality.
• Excellent communication for customer-facing results.
