• Lead initial client setup and configuration with high-value outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Product to keep projects on track.
• Triage, investigate, and clearly communicate client issues and feedback.
• Manage multiple deployments with prioritization and context-switching.
• Improve delivery efficiency with scalable processes and templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience deploying configurable software platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel data analysis, validation, transformation.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Process-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Independent, adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience in insurance or fintech software implementations.
