📋 Description

• Own the customer implementation journey: end-to-end projects with plans and milestones.
• Communicate across stakeholders: align priorities with firm admins and users.
• Facilitate structured onboarding: lead kickoff, configuration sessions, and training.
• Provide professional guidance: share Karbon best practices for workflows.
• Coach through change management: prep teams, reinforce adoption, address questions.
• Ensure data integrity: assist importing contacts and work items with Excel.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations.
• Able to manage multiple customer projects with clear priorities.
• Enjoy customer-facing work and facilitate meetings and trainings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate technical concepts.
• Consultative, curious, open to feedback; eager to grow your skills.
