Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end customer implementations; manage plans and milestones.
• Communicate with admins and key users to align priorities and momentum.
• Lead kickoff meetings, configuration sessions, and training using playbooks.
• Guide customers on Karbon best practices for workflows and day-to-day use.
• Coach through change management; reinforce adoption and address questions.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations; import contacts and work items via Excel.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with clear priorities.
• Enjoy customer-facing work; confident facilitating meetings and training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate technical concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented; strong follow-through and data/system integrity.
