📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation projects for small-to-mid sized accounts; manage plans and milestones.
• Collaborate with administrators and key users to align priorities.
• Lead kickoff, configuration, and training sessions using playbooks.
• Guide customers on Karbon best practices for workflow setup and usage.
• Coach teams through change management; reinforce adoption and resolve questions.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations; validate imports with Excel.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations.
• Capable of managing multiple customer projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Consultative, curious, and eager to grow.
• Able to work remotely and manage time independently.
