🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years in startup operations, implementation/project mgmt, consulting, or customer success
- Data literate; comfortable with large datasets in spreadsheets
- Aptitude with AI tools (Claude Cowork)
- Confident leading customer calls with C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborative; works cross-functional
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills
