Manage cross-functional activities for low/mid-level implementations and timelines.
Serve as single point of contact for change orders and escalations.
Execute implementation methodology and customize project plans to client needs.
Coordinate deliverables across internal teams to meet SLAs.
Maintain accurate project status and next steps for owners.
Escalate barriers with Client Support and Leadership to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years in client-facing onboarding with proven PM/implementation methods.
Experience implementing/managing projects across multiple platforms.
Excellent business writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the payments industry ecosystem (preferred).
