Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional activities for mid-scale implementations.
• Serve as single point of contact for change orders and escalations.
• Execute implementation plans based on internal processes and client needs.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams to meet SLAs.
• Maintain accurate project status and next steps.
• Escalate blockers with Client Support and Leadership to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years in client-facing onboarding or project management roles
• Experience implementing across multiple platforms (preferred)
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with the payments industry ecosystem (preferred)
