Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional activities for client implementations on timelines.
• Serve as the single point of contact for change orders and escalations.
• Execute implementation plans based on internal processes and client needs.
• Coordinate project deliverables across teams ensuring SLA adherence.
• Maintain accurate project status and next steps for stakeholders.
• Escalate barriers; partner with Client Support and Leadership to resolve issues quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years in client-facing onboarding or implementation roles.
• Experience implementing projects across multiple platforms.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem is a plus.
