Lead timely onboarding execution to meet customer needs.
Manage day-to-day communication with customers and internal teams during implementation.
Partner with customers to understand issues and recommend Diversion/Brokering plans.
Implement Broker and Diversion plans to fit customer needs.
Maintain internal workflows to track activities and approvals.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in Operations, Account Management or Sales
Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
Strong verbal and written communication; dynamic facilitator
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
