📋 Description

• Lead multiple implementation projects with EHR optimization on time.
• Communicate progress to executives, IT, and frontline staff.
• Deliver training for executives, IT teams, and clinical staff.
• Advise practices on adopting value-based care models and outcomes-focused aims.
• Coach practices through change management to drive adoption.
• Execute implementations at high service level standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; significant relevant work experience may substitute.
• 4+ years as client-facing project lead in healthcare.
• 3+ years EHR implementation/optimization (Epic, NextGen, Athena).
• Remote US with periodic travel to Bethesda, MD.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Google Workspace familiarity and ability to plan meetings.
