🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience delivering onboarding, implementation, or delivery projects in SaaS/tech.
- Manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects from kickoff to handover.
- Comfortable working with customers and internal teams; escalate risks when needed.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication; confident facilitating meetings.
- Experience as part of a wider delivery or customer success team.
