Manage end-to-end implementation of Worksite Safety for new and existing clients.
Lead client kick-off meetings.
Ensure configuration documents are accurate and signed off, including UAT.
Define and manage project goals, timelines, and onboarding.
Present best-practice workflows and align client processes to Avetta.
Onboard contractors/suppliers; coordinate with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Experience with worksite safety functions: Permit to Work, risk assessments, JHA.
Spanish speaker.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
PMP or equivalent; 3+ years PM/implementation in SaaS.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; OSHA/NEBOSH preferred.
