🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS onboarding/project management.
- 2+ years in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience owning end-to-end customer training; curriculum development.
- Experience with CRM/PM tools and customer lifecycle (HubSpot a plus).
