Oversee process integration for new client implementations into EnableComp
Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations; escalate critical issues
Review project status with clients, identify action items, and resolve issues
Coordinate with internal teams to execute client implementations and data integration
Monitor real-time status using online tools; manage aggressive deadlines
Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in healthcare
PMP Certification preferred
Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets required
Experience with project management tools; proficiency with portfolio management tools, ticketing software, Apple technology, and cloud-based document sharing
Strong computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
