- Manage small to mid-sized client implementations or defined workstreams.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities including kickoff meetings, timelines, and status updates.
- Translate business needs into system configurations and setup activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate issues; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Serve as primary client contact during implementation and provide regular status updates.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years of project coordination, project management, or client-facing experience.
- Experience with SaaS, software implementation, or onboarding environments.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with configuration, data setup, or integrations is a plus.
- CAPM, PMP (in progress), or Agile certification is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field preferred.
