- Lead implementation projects as GC, owning scope and timeline.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Solutions, Data, Enablement, Product.
- Schedule kickoff calls; set goals, timelines, and success criteria.
- Build and maintain project plans; update with stakeholders.
- Manage regular updates with customers and internal teams.
- Assemble required resources (Implementation Manager, Solutions Architect, Data Analyst) as needed.
- Ensure milestones are met and obtain customer signoff on deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years PM/implementation in SaaS or construction tech.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase enterprise projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder mgmt with executives and teams.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; multitask across projects.
- Comfortable cross-functional work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
