Lead onboarding and implementation workstreams for new clients.
Support clients through standard implementation tasks across operations.
Act as liaison between Implementation and Operations teams.
Develop deep understanding of US Healthcare Credentialing and Provider Data Management.
Maintain seamless client experience from contract to go-live.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience
3+ years in software implementation, PM, strategy/ops, or management consulting
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset
Strong presentation and tailored communication for varied audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Ability to collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams
Preferred: Strong understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Provider Data Management
Proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com
