  • 2-4 years in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account mgmt.
  • Proven track record onboarding customers to software and driving adoption.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; train diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; diagnose challenges and propose solutions.
  • Customer-first mindset with genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
