- 4+ years of client-facing delivery in SaaS/fintech or enterprise deployments.
- Experience turning requirements into practical implementation and rollout plans.
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to lead steering meetings.
- ERP or accounting systems experience (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
- Hands-on API integrations experience and agile delivery.
