🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in CS, account mgmt, or strategic consulting.
  • 3+ years in people management or leadership (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • Experience with SaaS; led teams managing 50+ accounts.
  • Experience using Gainsight.
  • Experience applying AI/automation to CS workflows.
