📋 Description

  • Independently manage complex customer implementations across diverse segments; tailor solutions.
  • Become a Qualia software expert to configure deployments based on customer structure.
  • Work with customers’ GMs and CSMs to align on strategic goals and show ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer success or title/escrow industry.
  • Excellent listening; communicates Qualia’s value.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, tenacious; proven executor.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM/PM tools preferred.
  • Comfortable switching between training and troubleshooting.
  • Strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholders in 60-min sessions.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced env and can adapt priorities.
