- Experience with Salesforce or CRM/PM tools preferred.
- Comfortable switching between training and troubleshooting.
- Strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholders in 60-min sessions.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Thrives in a fast-paced env and can adapt priorities.
