🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in implementation/onboarding/program management (healthcare/SaaS)
- Experience with Epic
- Hands-on with EHRs, healthcare systems, compliance, patient experience
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record delivering on-time, scalable implementations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship mgmt
