Implementation Manager - Enterprise & Commercial Accounts

📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and be the primary contact for partners during initial deployments; drive on-time implementations with high NPS and pilot-to-enterprise conversion.
• Own creation, coordination, and execution of project plans with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Lead through project phases: kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues; develop contingency plans as needed.
• Set a standard for clear communication; report progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely, transparent manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in project management, focusing on software deployment and implementation at B2B companies.
• Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Excel at communication and can synthesize information concisely.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality.
• Can work with speed and are results driven; bias toward continuous process improvement and rapid decision-making/execution.
• Experience implementing electronic record systems; Epic is a definite plus.
