  • Lead implementations delivering Guild's Talent Advantage to partners and employees.
  • Act as primary contact for employer partners and internal teams.

  • Gathers, documents, and validates business/technical requirements.
  • Manages competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills; proactive risk mitigation.
