Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Be Procurify product expert; main onboarding contact; consultative discovery & scoping
• Build strong client relationships; weekly touchpoints to maintain momentum
• Understand client requirements; design technical configuration and workflows
• Project manage the implementation; coordinate tasks, meetings, timelines, docs
• Lead user acceptance testing; validate workflow configuration and integration
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, CS and support; ensure cohesive handoff

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SaaS implementation experience
• Experience as Implementation Manager with ERP apps such as QuickBooks, NetSuite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships
• Experience working with customer data and imports
• Strong customer and project management experience
• Detail-oriented with time management; change management mindset
