Act as project lead for multiple customer projects simultaneously.
Oversee implementation: scope, risk, plans, and escalations.
Coordinate with Technical Consultant on design, requirements, UAT, and integrations.
Build communications plans and drive user adoption.
Use Mavenlink, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce for project tracking.
Ensure project docs and workbook are signed off on time.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of software implementation experience.
Ability to execute concurrent projects (1-6 months).
Resourceful with priorities and problem solving.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Effective multitasking and managing tight schedules.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
