Ensure smooth IM-to-CSM transition post deployment.
Communicate progress and actions across teams.
Collaborate with Leadership and Product to improve the implementation experience.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in strategic customer-facing roles (IM/CSM/AM)
2+ years in SaaS implementation or PM
Excel; Salesforce, Gainsight, monday.com preferred
Strong PM skills and prioritization
Excellent verbal/written communication
Experience with multinational customers; cross-functional collab
