🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years in lab/R&D, ideally antibody discovery or strain engineering.
- Software implementation experience, preferably SaaS.
- Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives.
- Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment.
- Travel up to 25% based on customer/project needs.
