- Lead workshops, data modeling, configuration; develop test plans and train users.
- Act as trusted advisor ensuring customers leverage Benchling Best Practices.
🎯 Requirements
- MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotech, Immunology, or related field.
- 2+ years in a lab or research setting.
- Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives.
- Self-starter with startup experience.
- Curious, creative, and tenacious; enjoy collaborating with customers.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Bonus: Benchling experience; SaaS implementation experience.
