• Lead onboarding for Clients and Academic Partners.
• Manage multiple implementation initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Define, implement, and scale onboarding processes.
• Drive partner and learner success with strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Four years in technology implementation, onboarding, or B2B consulting.
• SaaS deployments and digital transformation experience.
• Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk and CRM tooling.
• CRM and project management tooling experience.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to define, scale, and improve processes; independent leadership.
