Develop and execute project plans to complete sites on-time and on-budget.
Own end-to-end project lifecycle from sales handoff to post-implementation support.
Manage key customer relationships; primary contact for engagements.
Collaborate with Go-to-Market and other functions to tailor solutions.
Drive end-to-end process improvements; apply lean tools like value-stream mapping.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or related field
5+ years in implementations, project management, or professional services
Proven experience implementing hardware and software solutions in health-tech or high-tech
Strong project management skills; PMP certification strongly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel up to 80% on short notice
