Leads multiple implementations simultaneously
Provides SME for implementations, products & services, and training to external clients and internal partners
Drives discovery sessions with client teams to gather program needs and processes
Manages client and internal stakeholder expectations and translates requirements to internal teams
Oversees status reporting and leads status meetings to clarify deliverables and ownership of issues
Facilitates client demos and training; ensures delivery of all client-facing documents

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in client-facing onboarding or project management
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and PM principles
Experience with PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent business writing and communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
