Leads multiple implementations, varying in scope and size, simultaneously
Provides SME on implementations, products, services, and marketing to clients and partners
Orchestrates prioritization and discovery sessions with client teams to define needs and processes
Manages client and internal stakeholder expectations; translates requirements to internal partners
Provides timely status reporting and leads status meetings with clear messaging
Creates order templates, user guides, and presentation materials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in client-facing onboarding with proven PM methods
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and PM principles
PM tools experience (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent business writing and communication
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
