  • Lead a team of onboarding specialists across SMB, MM, SA to meet targets

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or implementation
  • 2+ years of management experience leading onboarding or CSM teams
  • Knowledge of Mindbody and alignment with its culture
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights across SMB/MM/SA
  • Strong critical thinking and process-improvement skills
