- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or implementation
- 2+ years of management experience leading onboarding or CSM teams
- Knowledge of Mindbody and alignment with its culture
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights across SMB/MM/SA
- Strong critical thinking and process-improvement skills
