Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day implementation from kickoff to go-live.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and compliance.
• Work with Business Systems Analysts and Engineers to implement core offering.
• Write clear requirements for Engineering and manage development backlogs.
• Build project plans and ensure cross-team alignment on scope and dates.
• Track and communicate risks clearly to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing implementation or project management (SaaS/InsureTech).
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder software implementations in regulated industries or with carriers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with client teams.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to drive outcomes.
