🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years in software implementation, PM, or consulting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Preferred: strong understanding of provider licensing & credentialing
- Preferred: proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com
