📋 Description

  • Gather requirements with clients and design implementation strategies.
  • Configure contact center solutions, including IVR paths and APIs.
  • Configure the client portal using NICE tools and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers for onboarding and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues during implementation and support UAT.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, CS, or related field.
  • 3+ years implementing SaaS in contact centers/telecom.
  • Experience in project implementation, customer service, or tech support.
  • Client-facing implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Perl, or Java.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with IVR systems and contact center workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
