- Travel 75-80% of the time throughout Europe.
- Install and implement Augury's hardware and services for customers.
- Manage admin tasks: service reports, customer lists, inventory, CRM.
- Assist in optimizing products with reliability systems managers and client partners.
- Conduct site surveys, maintenance visits, and installations.
- Review weekly/monthly plan and organize field activities per Field Operation guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license, passport, and the ability to pass a background check.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience installing or troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical, and wireless systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of rotating equipment operation and design.
- Experience in Industrial environments and safe work practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are a plus.
- Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders both verbally and electronically.
