- Experience with AWS (ECS, S3, Glue, Athena, Airflow) for containerized workloads.
- REST API integration patterns; OAuth 2.0, rate limits, exponential backoff.
- Experience with major CRMs (Blackbaud RE NXT/SKY, Ellucian Banner, Salesforce).
