Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Client & BU advocacy: liaison between BUs, clients, and Core Eng for deliverables
• Workflow optimization: refine prompts and system instructions to improve AI experiences
• Agent/Agentic development: configure & maintain AI agents within Google toolchains
• Feature translation: convert user/BU feedback into structured feature requests
• Technical documentation: maintain clear docs on implementations and configurations
• Enablement & training: educate internal teams on new AI tools and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI systems in Google AI ecosystem (Vertex AI, Gemini)
• Experience with prompt engineering, grounding, system instruction tuning
• Familiarity with API integrations, data workflows, and cloud architectures (Google Cloud)
• Prototyping with Python, Apps Script, or no/low-code platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to document, train, and enable non-technical users
