- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely, quality delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years implementing SaaS solutions, preferably in contact center/telecom.
- Previous experience in project implementation, customer service, or technical support.
- Client-facing implementation experience.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Perl, or Java.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with IVR systems and contact center workflows.
- Basic SQL querying and database knowledge.
