- Translate client needs into Bold Metrics setup, including size chart mapping.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues across data and frontend.

- Serve as technical partner to clients, guiding best practices and optimization.
- Identify onboarding improvements and enhance documentation.
- Develop knowledge of products and client integrations to support teams.

🎯 Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Strong English skills, written and spoken (international clients)
- 3–5 years in technical implementation or solutions engineering
- Comfortable with JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and web technologies
- Experience with React
- Experience with product data, spreadsheets, or data mapping workflows
- Strong problem-solving and independent debugging
- Excellent communication to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders
