📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary contact for partners.
• Drive on-time deployments and convert pilots to enterprise partnerships.
• Own project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead all project phases: kickoff, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post-live.
• Identify risks with contingency plans.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders promptly and transparently.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project management for software deployment in B2B.
• Proven healthcare tech implementations from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication; concise, clear updates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; manage multiple priorities.
• Experience implementing electronic records; Epic ClinDoc a plus.
• Proactive problem solving; escalate issues early with solutions.
