Implementation Director - Nursing

📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and primary contact for partners during deployments, instilling confidence and driving on-time implementations with high NPS.
• Own creation, coordination, and execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead through all project phases: kickoffs, configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, post-live stabilization.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project progress and issues to internal/external stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners, tracking issues toward daily goals.
• Collaborate with support and operations to identify improvements in processes/tools in a growing environment.
• Participate in creating repeatable processes to scale with concurrent implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project management for software deployment at B2B companies.
• Track record delivering healthcare technology implementations.
• Excellent communication; ability to synthesize information concisely.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; multitask effectively.
• Bias toward action; rapid decision-making and execution.
• Build strong relationships with partner sites and escalate when needed.
